Hazoor Multi Projects Limited secures Rs 28.47 crore contract from NHAI for fee plaza operations

Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd. is down 3.53% to Rs 20.8 today, adding to a 7.80% decline over the last week. Hazoor Multi Projects Limited announced it has been awarded a Letter of Award (LOA) by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for collecting user fees at the Thirupapachethi fee plaza in Sivagangai, Tamil Nadu, for a period of one year. The contract, secured through a competitive bidding process, also includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks and recouping consumable items, with a total consideration of Rs 28,47,00,000. The LOA was received on August 13, 2026, and the project is located on the Madurai - Paramakundi - Ramanathpuram section of NH-49. Trading volume reached 5.73 lakh shares today, a surge of 469.3% compared to the average volume over the last one week. Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd. experienced a sharp decline of 52.32% year-over-year, underperforming the 0.91% loss registered by the NIFTY50 index.
