Zuari Agro Chemicals receives final orders from Ministry of Corporate Affairs after paying compounding fees

Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited has announced that it has received final orders from the Regional Director, Western Region-I, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Mumbai, confirming the compounding of alleged violations, as previously disclosed on July 30, 2026. The orders were received on August 13, 2026, following the payment of compounding fees, and pertain to applications filed under Section 441 of the Companies Act, 2013, involving the company, its Executive Director, Promoter Directors, Director and former Director/KMP(s).
