RCF board approves Rs 1100 crore debenture issuance via private placement

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) announced that its board approved the issuance of secured/unsecured, non-convertible debentures aggregating up to Rs 1100 crore in the next twelve months through a private placement, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also reviewed and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, alongside a statement confirming no deviation in the use of proceeds from previous debenture issuances. Additionally, the board disclosed no outstanding defaults on loans and debt securities, and noted the redemption of secured debentures on maturity on August 5, 2025.
