Oswal Pumps secures Rs 78 crore order from NBPDCL for rooftop solar projects in Bihar

Oswal Pumps Limited has secured a Letter of Award from North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (NBPDCL) to establish 20 MW of grid-connected rooftop solar projects across 18,089 consumer sites in Bihar's Darbhanga Circle, as part of the PM Surya Ghar – Muft Bijli Yojana (PMSG-MBY). The project, valued at approximately Rs 78 Crore (including GST), involves installing 1.1 kW solar plants per consumer and includes 10 years of operation and maintenance. This award, which translates into a cumulative revenue opportunity of approximately Rs 145 Crore, reinforces Oswal Pumps' presence in the state and supports India's clean energy transition.
