Zuari Industries' bank facilities reaffirmed as CARE BBB-; Stable and CARE A3 by Care Ratings

Zuari Industries Ltd announced that Care Ratings Limited, a credit rating agency, has reaffirmed ratings on the company’s bank facilities, specifically Long-term bank facilities amounting to Rs 661.64 crore, rated CARE BBB-; Stable, with the outlook revised from Stable, and Short-term bank facilities amounting to Rs 5.85 crore, rated CARE A3. The rating actions were communicated in a letter dated August 12, 2026, and this disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. No enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals of ratings were indicated by Care Ratings Limited.
