Voltamp Transformers' bank facilities reaffirmed with AA ratings by CARE Ratings Limited

Voltamp Transformers Ltd announced that CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed ratings for the company's banking facilities. Specifically, CARE Ratings reaffirmed the rating of CARE AA; Stable for the Long-Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 10.00 crore, and reaffirmed the rating of CARE AA; Stable / CARE A1+ for the Long-Term / Short-Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 282.50 crore, bringing the total for all bank facilities to Rs 292.50 crore; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals of ratings were indicated by CARE Ratings Limited.
