KJMC Corporate Advisors appoints Mithun Jain as Company Secretary, effective August 2026

KJMC Corporate Advisors (India) Limited announced several corporate governance updates, including the appointment of Mr. Mithun Jain as Company Secretary, effective August 11, 2026. The company also plans to re-appoint Mr. Shyam Ramsharan Khandelwal and Ms. Pranjali Bhandari as Independent Directors for a second consecutive five-year term, pending member approval on August 13, 2026.
