Saatvik Solar Industries secures Rs 400.16 crore order from an independent power producer for solar PV modules

Saatvik Green Energy Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has secured an order worth Rs 400.16 Crores from a domestic Independent Power Producer/EPC player for the supply of Solar PV Modules, with execution expected by March 2027. The company disclosed the information in a filing on August 11, 2026, adhering to SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, and noted that no promoter or group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the order.
