Bondada Engineering secures Rs 513.94 crore orders for BESS projects and BSNL towers in Tamil Nadu, Udaipur, and Ahmedabad

Bondada Engineering Ltd. remains flat at Rs 291.9, having declined 2.24% over the last week. Bondada Engineering Limited announced that its subsidiaries, Bondada Renewable Energy Private Limited and Bondada Green Engineering Private Limited, have secured significant orders, including projects to set up 200 MW / 400 MWh Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in Tamil Nadu and the supply of 100 BSNL towers for Udaipur and Ahmedabad. These orders, valued at approximately Rs 513.94 Cr (inclusive of taxes), bolster the group's consolidated order book to roughly Rs 10,023 Cr, strengthening Bondada's presence in the renewable energy, BESS, and telecom infrastructure segments, with project completion slated for the financial year 2026-27. The company noted that promoters and group companies have an interest in the entities awarding the orders, classifying the transactions as related party transactions. Trading volume reached 2.43 lakh shares today, a surge of 244.6% compared to the average volume over the last one week. Bondada Engineering Ltd. experienced a sharp decline of 31.24% year-over-year, underperforming the NIFTY50 index's 0.01% loss.
