Zen Technologies secures Rs 295 crore simulator supply order from the Ministry of Defence

Zen Technologies Limited announced it has received an order worth Rs 295 crores (including GST) from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, for the supply of simulators. According to a regulatory filing on August 10, 2024, the order, which is expected to be executed within one year, does not involve any related party transactions and does not indicate any interest from promoters, promoter groups, or group companies.
