Polyplex Corporation revisits share sale timelines with Investor, holding 24.28% stake

Polyplex Corporation Limited announced that it, along with Promoter Group members and AGP HoldCo Limited ("Investor"), have executed a letter agreement dated November 6, 2026, to revisit the timelines and manner of share sales outlined in prior agreements dated October 3, 2023. The parties will negotiate a formal amendment agreement by January 15, 2027, which will then be integrated with the existing call and put option agreement and shareholders’ agreement; the Investor holds 24.28% stake in Polyplex Corporation Limited. The letter agreement does not result in any change in shareholding, board composition or control of the company.
