Centuple Global Limited closes trading window ahead of November board meeting

Centuple Global Limited, formerly known as Checkpoint Trends Limited, will hold a board meeting on November 13, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and the related limited review report. The trading window for equity shares of the company has been closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives since October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
