Knowledge Realty Trust allotted commercial papers totaling Rs 500 crore with a 49-day tenor

Knowledge Realty Trust announced that its manager, Knowledge Realty Office Management Services Private Limited, has allotted 10,000 listed, rated, redeemable commercial papers with a face value of Rs 5,00,000 each, for an aggregate principal amount of Rs 500,00,00,000, with a tenor of 49 days and a discount rate of 7.4800%, maturing on December 24, 2026, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on November 5, 2026.
