Bharatbhai Patel acquires 24.34% stake in Shri Dinesh Mills through gift transfer

Bharatbhai Upendrabhai Patel acquired 13,63,245 shares, representing 24.34% of Shri Dinesh Mills Limited, through an inter-se transfer of shares by gift from Roopaben Bharatbhai Patel, Aditya Bharatbhai Patel, and Jemika Karna Parikh, all of whom are immediate relatives and part of the promoter group. The acquisition, completed on November 4, 2026, was made in reliance on Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and follows a prior disclosure filed on October 22, 2026.
