JPT Securities Limited’s board approved a physical AGM for December 10, 2026, following regulatory approvals

JPT Securities Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved holding the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, December 10, 2026, through a physical mode, following approvals received from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, for an extension of 2 months and 10 days. The company's register of members and share transfer books will be closed from Friday, December 4, 2026, to Thursday, December 10, 2026, and remote e-voting facilities will be provided to members. The Board also approved the draft notice of the AGM, the Board’s Report including the Management Discussion and Analysis, and related disclosures.
