Sundaram Finance appoints Sriram Viji as Additional Director, subject to shareholder approval

Sundaram Finance Limited announced the co-option of Mr. Sriram Viji as an Additional Director, functioning as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, at a board meeting held on November 4, 2026, as recommended by the Nomination, Compensation and Remuneration Committee; Mr. Viji, a member of the promoter group, holds the position of Managing Director at Brakes India Private Limited and is a Board Member of the TSF group of companies, and his appointment is subject to shareholder approval.
