Kansai Nerolac appoints Rukmini Subramanian as Company Secretary, effective December 1, 2026

Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited announced that Mr. G. T. Govindarajan will retire as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective November 30, 2026, after 37 years with the company, and Ms. Rukmini Subramanian has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective December 1, 2026. Ms. Subramanian, who has been associated with Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited since 2021, will also serve as the Nodal Officer, replacing Mr. Govindarajan, and the company’s Key Managerial Personnel, as of December 1, 2026, will include Mr. Pravin D. Chaudhari, Managing Director, Mr. Yash Ahuja, Chief Financial Officer, and Ms. Rukmini Subramanian.
