Filtron Engineers reports fund utilization deviation for quarter ended September 30, 2026

Filtron Engineers Ltd. informed the BSE that there has been a deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through the issue of equity shares on a preferential basis for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with Rs 1590 lakhs raised on December 17, 2025, allocating Rs 397.50 lakhs to working capital, Rs 795.00 lakhs to investment in subsidiaries/proposed subsidiaries, and Rs 397.50 lakhs to general corporate purposes.
