Radhagobind Commercial’s Committee of Creditors approves resolution plan under insolvency code

Radhagobind Commercial Ltd. informed the BSE Limited and Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited that its Committee of Creditors approved a resolution plan during a meeting held on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The meeting, chaired by Resolution Professional Najeeb T P, also ratified minutes from a previous meeting, discussed the progress of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, and finalized the voting procedure and tie-breaker formula, authorizing the Resolution Professional to undertake post-approval actions.
