Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Limited secures BSE approval for a Rs 4000 lakh rights issue

Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Limited has received in-principle approval from the BSE Limited and announced the terms of a rights issue offering up to 1,60,00,000 equity shares for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 4000 lakhs, with a rights issue price of Rs 25 per share, including a premium of Rs 15. The rights issue record date is Wednesday, November 11, 2026, with the issue opening on Thursday, November 19, 2026, and closing on Thursday, December 3, 2026, and the rights entitlement ratio is 145 shares for every 100 shares held.
