Aurobindo Pharma to merge subsidiaries, Auroactive and Apitoria, with NCLT in Hyderabad

Aurobindo Pharma Limited has approved a proposal to merge its wholly owned subsidiaries, Auroactive Pharma Private Limited and Apitoria Pharma Private Limited, with the National Company Law Tribunal in Hyderabad. Auroactive Pharma, incorporated on January 9, 2020, reported a turnover of Rs 701.3 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, while Apitoria Pharma, incorporated on December 20, 2017, had a turnover of Rs 644.3 million for the same period; the amalgamation is intended to consolidate API businesses and improve operational efficiency.
