Medplus Health Services pledged shares to secure NCDs from Agilemed and Lone Furrow Investments

Medplus Health Services Limited has pledged equity shares, primarily to secure Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued by Agilemed Investments Private Limited and Lone Furrow Investments Private Limited, with promoter Madhukar Reddy Gangadi involved in the transactions. The pledges were largely undertaken to maintain the Security Cover Ratio for existing NCDs, although in some instances, borrowed funds were used to retire previously outstanding NCDs. Lone Furrow Investments Private Limited assumed NCDs previously held by Dureleg Manufacturing Private Limited following an amalgamation. The transactions were primarily intended to support the existing debt obligations of Medplus Health Services and did not represent new borrowing, according to the documentation.
