Medplus Health Services' promoter pledged and released shares securing NCDs from Agilemed and Lone Furrow

Medplus Health Services Limited has undergone a series of share pledges and releases primarily to secure Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued by Agilemed Investments Private Limited and Lone Furrow Investments Private Limited. Promoter Madhukar Reddy Gangadi has been involved in multiple pledge and release transactions, with significant releases occurring in August 2024, valued at approximately Rs 4.39 crore, and December 2025, valued at roughly Rs 3.42 crore. The share pledges, which occurred between December 2023 and October 2026, were often related to maintaining the Security Cover Ratio and did not always involve fresh borrowing. Values of the pledged shares were calculated based on closing prices ranging from Rs 602.95 to Rs 766.05, with subsequent pledges occurring to restore the Security Cover Ratio.
