M&B Engineering to approve financial results at board meeting November 5, 2026

M&B Engineering Ltd. will hold a board meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for both standalone and consolidated entities for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the results, as previously announced on September 25, 2026.
