Gillanders Arbuthnot to review financial results at a board meeting November 13, 2026

Gillanders Arbuthnot and Company Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with the limited review report thereon, the company said in a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited. The trading window for dealing in securities of the company remains closed for designated persons until 48 hours after the results are declared, following a closure initiated on October 1, 2026.
