RPEL acquires stake in silica ramming mass joint venture with TRL Krosaki

Raghav Productivity Enhancers Limited (RPEL) has acquired 8,000 equity shares, valued at Rs 80,000, in its newly incorporated joint venture company, RPEL TRLK Silicatech Private Limited, according to a regulatory filing on Friday. The joint venture was formed between RPEL and TRL Krosaki Refractories Limited, and the new company, incorporated in the State of Odisha on September 25, 2026, will be engaged in the development, manufacturing, sales, and distribution of silica ramming mass. RPEL’s shareholding in the joint venture is 80%.
