IIFL Capital Services grants stock options to employees, increasing equity base

IIFL Capital Services Limited, formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 29,713 stock options to employees under the "IIFL Securities Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2018," with an exercise price of Rs 346.20 per option, vesting over four years and exercisable for seven years. The company also reported the allotment of 180,499 equity shares to eligible employees upon the exercise of vested stock options, increasing the equity base from 315,352,013 to 315,532,512 shares.
