Optiemus Infracom to consider fundraising via equity shares at November board meeting

Optiemus Infracom Limited will hold a board meeting on November 5, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider a proposal for raising funds through the issuance of equity shares and/or convertible securities via a preferential issue or other mode. The trading window for the company, as per SEBI regulations, has been closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until November 7, 2026.
