Brigade Enterprises approves stock option grants to employees under multiple plans

Brigade Enterprises Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 8,390 equity shares under the Brigade Employee Stock Option Plan, 2017, and 30,704 equity shares under the Brigade Employee Stock Option Plan rolled out in 2022, increasing the company's paid-up share capital from Rs 3,26,25,92,830 to Rs 3,26,29,83,770. The committee also approved the grant of 1,484,344 options to eligible employees under the new ‘Brigade Employee Stock Option Plan 2026’ at an exercise price of Rs 525 per option, with the options vesting 25% each year for four years.
