Dhampur Sugar Mills corrected a prior disclosure regarding the death of its Cost Auditor

Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited clarified that the date of demise of its Cost Auditor, Mr. Surendra Rai Kapur, was October 18, 2026, correcting a previous disclosure of October 19, 2026, made on October 22, 2026, due to preliminary information received by the company; the company explained the delay in correcting the disclosure was due to not being aware of the demise until October 22, 2026.
