Premier Limited, under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that the Twenty-Third Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) was held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 02:30 P.M.
