Sumeet Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that its Board of Directors meeting has been rescheduled to November 3, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. to consider and adopt the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
