NTPC Green Energy Limited to review financial results at board meeting October 30, 2026

NTPC Green Energy Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Friday, October 30, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for transactions in the company's securities, which was closed from October 1, 2026, will reopen on November 2, 2026, according to a letter dated September 23, 2026.
