Engineers India to consider interim dividend at board meeting on October 30, 2026

Engineers India Limited will consider a 1st Interim Dividend for the financial year 2026-27 at a board meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, and has set Thursday, November 5, 2026, as the Record Date for determining shareholder eligibility, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
