Silver Touch Technologies to review financial results and potential dividend on October 29

Silver Touch Technologies Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on October 29, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, along with the auditor’s limited review report, and to consider a potential interim dividend payment to shareholders. The trading window for designated persons of the company, which was closed on October 1, 2026, will remain closed until November 1, 2026, due to the declaration of the unaudited financial results.
