Virtual Global Education to sell Shikshan School Private Limited subsidiary, per BSE filing

Virtual Global Education Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on October 21, 2026, that its board of directors approved a proposal to sell its subsidiary, Shikshan School Private Limited, after identifying a suitable buyer and determining a price through a registered valuer. The company stated that no turnover or revenue or income was contributed by Shikshan School Private Limited during the last financial year, and the transaction will not be considered a related party transaction.
