Cemindia Projects closed a qualified institutions placement of 1,26,35,379 equity shares

Cemindia Projects Limited, formerly known as ITD Cementation India Limited, announced the closure of a qualified institutions placement of 1,26,35,379 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 1,108.00 per share, including a discount of 4.37% to the floor price of Rs 1,158.58, following a meeting of the company’s management committee on October 19, 2026.
