TaylorMade Renewables seeks shareholder approval for warrant issue potentially raising Rs 9,98,20,000

TaylorMade Renewables Limited said its board approved a preferential issue of up to 14,00,000 fully convertible warrants to investors including Dharmendra Sharad Gor, Neera D Gor, and Harsh D Gor, at an issue price of Rs 71.30 per warrant, potentially raising up to Rs 9,98,20,000. The company will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting on November 18, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for the warrant issue, which will be used to finance business expansion, technology development, and project execution in areas such as industrial wastewater treatment and renewable energy.
