Clio Infotech Limited’s board approved a £1000 investment in a UK subsidiary, Clio Quantinfra Limited

Clio Infotech Limited announced that its board of directors approved an investment of approximately £1000 to subscribe for 1000 equity shares in Clio Quantinfra Limited, a company being incorporated in the United Kingdom, which will subsequently become a subsidiary of Clio Infotech Limited. The transaction, which does not involve any related parties, will be completed within 12 months and is expected to be at arm’s length.
