Interactive Financial Services Limited seeks board approval for a proposed equity rights issue

Interactive Financial Services Limited informed the BSE Limited on October 19, 2026, that its Board of Directors will meet on October 23, 2026, to determine the Rights Issue price, rights entitlement ratio, total number of securities, total issue size, and timing for a proposed Rights Issue of equity shares, as well as to approve the Letter of Offer, CAF Application, and ancillary documents, and finalize the Record Date. The company received in-principle approval from the BSE on October 16, 2026, following prior approvals on September 9, 2026, and September 14, 2026, for the Rights Issue.
