ITI Limited appoints multiple statutory auditors for the financial year 2026-2027

ITI Limited announced that the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) has appointed S Viswanathan LLP, Chandnani Singh & Associates, Vinay Kumar & Co, P N G & Co, Mahadevan & Sivaraian, and U S A & Company as Statutory and Branch Auditors for the financial year 2026-2027, as per a letter received on September 8, 2026. The appointments are subject to conditions outlined in Annexure-I available on the CAG’s website, and the Statutory Auditor(s) will also audit the consolidated financial statements.
