Genus Power to consider equity share buyback at board meeting on October 26, 2026

Genus Power Infrastructures Limited will consider a proposal for a buyback of its fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each at a board meeting scheduled for October 26, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The company, formerly known as a Kailash Group Company, also noted that the trading window for dealing in securities has been closed from October 1, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
