Dollex Agrotech forms Dollex Green Ventures to focus on renewable energy in India

Dollex Agrotech Limited announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in India, named Dollex Green Ventures Pvt. Ltd., which will operate in the renewable energy and allied sectors, including biogas, Compressed Biogas (CBG), bioenergy, biomethane, renewable gaseous fuels, organic fertilizers and bio-fertilizers. The initial subscribed and paid-up share capital will be Rs 100,000, with Dollex Agrotech Limited subscribing to 9,999 equity shares at Rs 10 per share, totaling Rs 99,990, and holding a 99.999% stake, while one share will be held by an individual nominee.
