Sonalis Consumer Products confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the September quarter

Sonalis Consumer Products Limited, on October 19, 2026, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The certificate, issued by Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd., pertains to the confirmation of dematerialisation of securities and their listing on stock exchanges, as well as the substitution of depository names in the register of members.
