Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, October 27th, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for connected and designated persons until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
