Unicommerce eSolutions board to review financial results at meeting on October 23

Unicommerce eSolutions Ltd. will hold a board meeting on Friday, October 23, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
