Hemisphere Properties India Limited, a Government of India enterprise, certified that details of dematerialized and rematerialized securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been furnished to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, as required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
