Sakuma Exports plans to raise funds via equity shares, pending approvals

Sakuma Exports Limited will hold a board meeting on October 23, 2026, to consider and deliberate upon a proposal to raise funds through the issuance of equity shares, securities, or convertible instruments, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals, including shareholder approval. The company has also closed its trading window for insiders from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
