L&T Technology Services allotted shares following stock option exercises under its 2016 scheme

L&T Technology Services Limited disclosed that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 8,500 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each to grantees who exercised vested stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016, according to a regulatory filing on October 19, 2026.
