Kizi Apparels Limited may issue equity shares and warrants during a board meeting

KIZI APPARELS LIMITED will consider and evaluate a proposal to raise funds through the issuance of equity shares and/or other securities, including share warrants, via a preferential issue or other permissible mode, during a board meeting scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The company has also closed its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, which will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
